Coaching is especially valuable for beginners like you! To improve general endurance and overall fitness, you need the right balance of consistency, motivation, and appropriate training. Based on your current fitness level, health, and available time, I can create a personalized program tailored specifically to your needs. This program will include the right mix of running and exercises to help you progress steadily and confidently toward your goals.
"I’ve been running for a few years, 3–4 times a week, but never more than 10K. I want to challenge myself with a half marathon next year. Can you help me?"
Absolutely! If you’re already comfortable running 10K, with a few months of structured training and my professional guidance, you’ll be ready to tackle 21K confidently and without unnecessary stress. Let’s turn your goal into a reality!

Just share a few words about yourself and your running goals. From there, we’ll schedule an introductory call to discuss your running history and how I can help you achieve your goals. If you’re happy with my approach, I’ll ask you to fill out a short questionnaire and register on the training platform intervals.icu. Then, we’ll kick off this exciting journey together!
